The Rear Quarter Beef Package offers a great variety of cuts – a convenient way to stock your freezer with quality, locally raised food. Steaks and roasts are vacuum sealed, while other cuts are wrapped in butcher paper. Steaks, 8-10 oz each. Roasts, 3 lbs each. Ground Beef, 1 lb packages.
