10 lb Sirloin Steak/ Sirloin Tip Roasts
10 lb Beef Bones
2 lb Sliced Beef Liver.
1 Beef Heart.
1 Beef Tongue.

Choose between 20 lbs of Roasts. (mix of Round, Rump + Blade)
